US-CHINA RELATIONS: THE NEXT 40 YEARS

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the US and China, and bilateral trade and investment has grown from $2.3 billion in 1979 to $636 billion in 2017. Closer to home, we celebrate the first Sino-American sister cities relationship between St. Louis and Nanjing, while US-China trade tensions are at an all-time high.

What does this mean for the next 40 years?

Are we on the precipice of a pivot where coordination and cooperation give way to containment and competition?  Or are we at the dawning of a new world order where both sides of the Pacific eventually find their footing? For answers to these questions, join us for a dialogue with China experts at Growing Global 2019.

We invite you to be a Growing Global sponsor and align your brand with the community’s premier event for international business.
