Mr. Uriel Lynn, President, Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce
In addition to his position at the Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Lynn deals with local and international arbitrations and is the owner of a family investment company. Mr. Lynn has served in various positions in the Israeli administration as Director of North American Investment Authority, Governor of State Revenues and Director General of the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure and Member of the 11th Knesset (Israeli Parliament), chairman of the Road Safety and Energy Committees. Mr. Lynn was elected several times as member of the executive board of Eurochambers and also as Council member of the World Chambers Federation (WCF), the worldwide organization of 125 national chambers of commerce. An advocate and jurist, Mr. Lynn earned his Master Juris with distinction from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Dan Carmely, Adv., CEO, Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce
In the Past, Mr. Carmely served as a partner in a law firm and as the legal advisor and VP of the largest private educational network in Israel, ATID. ATID manages 25 educational institutions, colleges and vocational training for adults and school networks for technicians and practical engineers. Mr. Carmely currently serves the “ATID educational network” as chairman of the board. He served the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce as VP of government, parliament and legislation affairs, specializing in issues of legislation and regulation, representing the business sector in Israel and members of the Chamber of Commerce to the Israeli parliament committees.
