Kirk Wonio, Partner, RubinBrown
Mr. Wonio is a partner in RubinBrown’s Federal Tax Services and Manufacturing & Distribution Services Groups. He specializes in international taxation and advises on international and federal tax matters providing high level and technical guidance. Mr. Wonio concentrates on clients in manufacturing and distribution, many of which are owned by private equity firms, but works with clients in various industries.
Prior to joining RubinBrown in 2010, he spent five years working with multi-national clients at a Big 4 public accounting firm in Chicago.
Jeffrey Naeger, Partner, RubinBrown
Mr. Naeger is a partner in RubinBrown’s Federal Tax Services Group. He possesses over 30 years experience advising on corporate tax matters and provides high level and technical, industry-specific guidance on the tax consequences of business transactions, including tax risk assessment, in a pre- or post- planning environment.
He also provides project management leadership and coordination for mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and people, process and technology improvement projects. Mr. Naeger’s industry experience includes, but is not limited to, manufacturing and distribution, healthcare and natural resources (coal).
