Presented in partnership with the Missouri District Export Council
Global trade compliance is the process of ensuring that all importing and exporting activities are compliant with the applicable trade laws and regulations, including import regulations and export controls. In this ever-changing international trade environment, compliance is becoming increasingly challenging.
This in-person briefing will focus on compliance best practices now, given the current state of the laws and changes occurring almost daily related to imports (classification, origin, value, tariffs), export controls (sanctions, EAR and ITAR) and newer restrictions on inbound and outbound foreign investment.
