Mr. Ludovic Ortuno, Director, Missouri International Trade & Investment Office – Canada
Mr. Ortuno is COO of CIDEP, a boutique consulting firm, specializing in economic development services. He has a strong background in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and international trade. Over the past ten years, he has managed and supervised over a hundred lead generation and representation contracts. This extensive experience has provided him with insight in identifying, qualifying and connecting with prospects as well as generating opportunities. Mr. Ortuno completed his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science at the University of Montreal (B.Sc.).
Ms. Elizabeth Gallardo, Director, Missouri International Trade & Investment Office – Mexico
Ms. Gallardo has over 25 years of business development experience in Mexico, Latin America, USA, Canada, Spain, Colombia and Ireland. She has worked with several trade and investment promotion organizations, international organizations and governments around the world, designing specific innovation research solutions and strategies to meet their needs regarding export promotion and foreign investment attraction. Ms. Gallardo’s experience includes market research, distributor identification, B2B Meetings, market analysis and multi-sector trade mission development. She received her BA in Communications and Master’s in Foreign Trade and International Business from Intercontinental University.
Mr. Nitin Pangam, Director, Missouri International Trade & Investment Office – India
Mr. Pangam is the CEO of Maeflower Consulting, a leading International trade and foreign investment advisory, based in India. He works closely with economic development and private sector clients on trade support, India entry, and attracting FDI projects from India. He is a consultant to the World Bank / IFC and has assessed several Indian States’ preparedness to attract and facilitate FDI. He has worked on expansion strategies for global companies like Helical Auto, RM Plc and Poli-film AG, and guided their operations set-up & transition in India. Mr. Pangam serves on the advisory board of Flowian Solutions, a technology company and is a regular speaker on several FDI & trade forums.
