There he served as Program Director organizing = activities=20 involving foreign officials such as Ambassadors and Consul Generals. Mr. = Mullins=20 also performed research to ensure the timeliness and relevance of the = Council=92s=20 activities. His other employers have also included U.S. Senators Kit = Bond and=20 John Ashcroft for whom he worked as a field representative answering = constituent=20 concerns on federal issues. Mr. Mullins earned his B.A. in Political = Science=20 from Creighton University and an Executive Master of International = Business from=20 Saint Louis University.
